This project entails numerous needed items and work for NLOL including upgrades, expansion and energy efficiency projects ranging in size and budget from $500. Detailed cost estimates and scope of work can be provided upon request.
**URGENT** Fresh water reservoir to replace existing unit that has extensive rust damage and is leaking. The damage will soon deem this unit unusable and the entire ranch will not have running water or drinking water for the dogs. - $7,000
UTILITY Electric Cart Batteries– This cart transports seniors to the park provides transportation for the injured and allows staff rapid mobility around the 13 acre facility. Replacement batteries good for 4-5 years - $600
GATES – Chain link gates for bungalow area for additional containment control and safety - $600
DOG PARK #2 - Enclosure fencing, gates and shading for an existing grassy area to create a second safe outdoor area for activities and exercise. $2,000
TRAINING PAD - Enclosure fencing, gates and shade sails are needed to transform this area for year round use with more safety. $1.000
AGILITY COURSE Fixtures, fencing and shade sails $4,000
ENERGY Efficiency Upgrades - These upgrades which are recommended and monitored by the local utility provider will reduce energy consumption, promote green and reduce the energy expenses by 40%.

ADDITIONAL KENNELS – This project entails the building of 24 additional kennels to accommodate boarding dogs. Currently the boarding dogs are housed in our rescue kennels and have reduced our capacity for rescue dogs by 50%. This project will generate revenue to keep us self sustained and not purely donation dependent and will allow us to continue our rescue efforts at full scale. $50,0000.
